1. Generala. By transferring payment it is understood that you agree to these terms of service.b. I reserve the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have
agreed to previous terms.c. I reserve the right to decline a commission request before any payment has been made.

2. Paymenta. Payments are made through Stripe.b. Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.c. I do not start working until payment has been at least partially received for my own security.d. Clients get a full refund only if:
• I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
• I delay more than 6 months to start the piece and without any feedback.e. There will be no refunds once the commission has been started.f. Refunds will be transferred as soon as is reasonably possible. If I have
insufficient funds on my Stripe to refund immediately, the first following earnings transferred to
my account will go towards the refund.

3. Work method & Revisionsa. I strive to finish commissions in the same order as they have been requested. However, I may alternate between commissions if there is a specific deadline, for example: thematic commissions/YCHS related to a certain date such as Halloween.b. I will always show the finished sketch(es) to my client and wait for
approval before I continue to refine and/or color the work.c. Revisions and alterations can be requested by the client during sketch and flat-color phases.
• Additional revisions and changes cost extra depending on what is asked.
• No revisions will be accepted after I finish the piece, unless is my fault, for example: if I color something wrong or forgot to add any element.

4. Image Rightsa. By default, I reserve the full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish,
re-post and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork.b. My clients have the right to repost low resolution versions of the artwork so long as my
signature is visible. They may also use their commissioned image publicly for personal icons
and/or banners without my written permission.c. My clients have the right to print the high-resolution version of the artwork for their private
use.d. Full or partial rights to the commissioned artwork may be bought for an additional fee. This
will be discussed in private.

5. Deadlines & Updatesa. By default, I aim to complete my commissions within one to two to months from the payment.b. Clients may set a deadline for their commission for an additional fee of +50% the total value of the piece unless it is a YCH, depending on the
amount of time given and the complexity of the commission. This will be discussed in private.c. I have the right to prioritize my commissions based on set deadlines.d. I have the right to refuse a deadline for a commission if it does not agree with my schedule.e. I strive to keep my clients up to date with their commission status whenever there is an
update available or a change is made to the schedule. Please do not ask me for updates more
than once a week. If you have not heard from me yet, there is usually nothing to report.
